All Dry was established in 1985 by
Alan Chandler, President and Founder. Nick Chandler Vice President of Operations.
Nick started working on his first jobs when he was 14 during the summer.

Joined the NAWC in 1986. National Waterproofing Association. In 1990 Alan
Chandler was elected to the Board of Directors.
32 years ago All Dry installed a drainage channel and sump pumps in basements
and crawl spaces. 25 years ago, Alan Chandler received a Patent on the All Dry Drainage System.
Within 15 years, we were repairing almost anything under the house, structural
stabilization, cracks in floors and walls, extending down spout drains and pier
Supports. In 2000 the NAWC became NAWSRC, to include structural repairs.
By the year 2000, All Dry had updated again to make homes energy
efficient with encapsulation of crawl spaces. Healthier indoor living was still a
major concern. Through research and continued education starting with the NAWC
to the now Basement Health Association. All Dry has continued to offer
services to make a Healthy Home for all homeowners.
In 2010 the NAWSRC became the BHA " Basement Health Association"
